Keep the confirmation email and submission ID. Check spam if it is missing; contact official support if you need help. - Watch for your lottery update.
The help desk expects status updates this winter. If selected, follow the email’s assigned purchase window. Entering earlier does not improve the random drawing odds. - Buy through the official platform.

These checkboxes are a temporary planning aid. They do not submit an entry or save personal information.
Don’t let ticket FOMO cost you.
Banana Ball warns that third-party listings, including social-media offers and listings on major resale platforms, will not be accepted at the event. Use its official lottery or Fans First Marketplace. A screenshot or seller’s promise is not proof of a valid ticket.
Read the official ticket warning ↗Missed out? Here’s the backup plan.
After the lottery closes, check the official help desk for the Ticket Interest List and the marketplace’s “Notify Me” option for Toronto. These provide updates, not guaranteed access. Marketplace inventory may be unavailable.
The questions your group chat will ask
Can you guarantee I’ll secure tickets?
No. This is a random lottery with limited availability. Nobody can promise a selection or a successful purchase.
What do Toronto tickets cost?
A verified Toronto-specific price and currency are not available in this guide. Don’t use another city’s pricing as a Toronto quote. Check the official purchase screen when access opens.
Do I need to pay for K Club?
The general ticket lottery is a separate route. This guide does not recommend buying a membership as a guarantee of Toronto tickets. Check current membership terms directly if you are considering it.
What about accessible seating or larger groups?
Use the official help desk for current accessible seating and 2027 group arrangements. Don’t apply a ticket limit from the 2026 tour to this Toronto event.
